When we released My Football Sim 2.1, we knew that it was going to have some bugs - the magnitude of the update was just too huge for it not to. And despite the countless hours of testing that we did prior to launch, there's no better way to test the game in a live environment than to actually put it in a live environment.
So...
As part of the ongoing effort to make My Football Sim the world leader in football/sports simulation games, we are having an official "Beta Month", where members of the community are encouraged to report any and all bugs they find within the game, the website, the forums, etc.
At the end of January, when Beta Month is finished, we will be resetting everyone stats, hopefully for the last time. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we'll never have to reset the game again, but we will do everything we can to avoid them after Beta Month. We're doing the reset at the end of the month to make sure everyone starts on a level playing field after all the bugs have been squashed and the game is stable again.
There are 2 ways you can report a bug:
- Post a new thread in the new Bugs Forum with as much detail about the bug as possible.
- Send an email to bugs@myfootballsim.com with as much detail about the bug as possible.
To show our appreciation to the members of the community who actively participate in Beta Month, we will be rewarding them with a special offer at the end of the month. In order to qualify for this offer, you must report at least one *unique* bug and that bug must be approved/accepted by an MFS staff member. Regardless of whether we squash the bug before Beta Month is over, you will still qualify to receive the offer.
If you have any questions about Beta Month, please post a comment using the form below.
Thanks,
MFS Staff
